Mitts and Merrill Chipper.

I have a Mitts and Merrill Chipper with the Rockwell type hand clutch to engage the chipper knife drum. The other day, I saw one posted 1200 miles away from me that sold with an automatic type clutch which if I saw correctly is one either made by Funk or Rockwell. Anyways, I would like to know if anyone knows much about the automatic type clutch and if there is one for sale that needs fixing or is reasonable in price. Since I am close to retirement it would be a great winter project. Thanks.
