Moderator: please make BobL's FOP thread sticky on this forum

BobL's FOP thread used to be sticky on the chainsaw forum.

People were complaining about too many stickies clogging up the chainsaw forum, so it was unstuck.

It's a classic thread that gets brought up over and over again. It does deserve to be a sticky. But how 'bout sticking it here in the chain sharpening forum, where it belongs, instead of in the chainsaw forum ?

There are currently no stickies here so it wouldn't be objectionable.

Not my assigned area, but it seemed a reasonable thing to ask, so I figured in service to the greater community I might as well just do it, and apologize later for any toes I might have stepped on.
