Modify bar to fit 050-090 series saws?

I have searched a little and seems like it is possible to modify some smaller stihl mount bars to fit the large mount 050/075/084/090 saws.
What bar mount is the one to modify and how do I do it?

It's possible if you really wanna do it,but you would have to widen the slot in the bar a LOT,then you would have to redrill the tensioner screwholes,and also the oiling holes to the correct positions. The "Tail" of the bar you wanna modify should be similar to the original too.
Personally I would just find a correct bar...

Is the tail even wide enough to cover the oil supply hole?

That's what I'm doubtful of,probably want to check that first.

I have a old large mount bar but no recent stihl bars to compare with.

If it’s early 090 it may be the 3001 mount.
