How do I bring this beast back to life?Any ideas?
No sparks and compression is only 90 PSI.

Points are probably closed on it. Try dumping some ATF in the plug hole, pull it over a few times and let it sit for a few days, then do another compression check.

Saw that on kijiji and wondered if it would appear here! Nice looking beast at 95cc & 28lbs.

Yep, stuck or dirty points. Also good advice on putting some oil in and letting it sit. Compression may be low, just not as low as your reading.

If you can get spark, and the carb still works, you have a good chance of running.
