I think it is the kitchen knife or one of those cheap azz retractable razor knives.
Was working on a patient Friday that has a massive MRSA infection, he was using a dremel with a cutoff wheel to cut a bolt head off, wheel breaks up and part of it lodges in his cheek, nothing major, just about a half inch cut, it's major now from the infection.
So this got me thinking, what is the most dangerous tool out there?
