I have a large area of "natural occuring" mountain laurel in the front of my yard. It is very slowly dieing off. I think this is because of the tree canopy that has grown above it over the years. I thinned out some of the trees. I want to give the laurel a boost.
What fertilizer product that I can easily hand broadcast should I use?

I would probably use a Rhodo and Azalea type blend for convenience, they seem to respond well. If you have a large enough group you may want to invest in a professional soil analysis to really nail the needs of the soil down without guessing.
