MS 170 Decompression valve?

About 2 yr old 170. Hasn't seen alot of use. Runs great....but a little issue. Usually after warm up and some cutting. Go to restart it and it acts like a high compression issue..and I need to hit the decompression valve. But I don't believe it has one. Initial pull of the cord and it's almost like it's locked up. Second pull is easier and fires right up. Thanks for any tips.

No deco valve on a 170 , could be vapor or hydro locking

Pull it thru slowly one time. Ms170 had minimal compression as it was.
