this guy has a ms192t with a new b/c that looks to be in good shape and a parts saw that he says has a running motor for $200. Should I buy it or not? I have 2 Echo cs3000's which are the same power class but I have always liked my Stihls better.

I say go for it if its in goodshape. Id try talking him down a little though, but if it runs good then you got your moneys worth!

When im looking at any saw to buy, i try to do some research on it. If the owner will let you, pull the muffler and plug. A quick peak in the cylinder and compression check will tell you if its a good deal. Is the parts saw complete? How do both saws look on all sides? How long has he had them? I think for 200 bucks you cant go wrong. HAPPY CUTTING, BIG MIKE!
