MS660 Bumper Strip 1122 640 8300

In another thread a question was posted about mounting the 1122 640 8300 bumper strip on the MS660. The bumper is used when the standard chain catcher is replaced with the roller chain catcher.



Here is a set of pictures showing the part and how it is mounted on the saw:

The part will fit the 064 through MS660. Some of my 064-MS640 IPLs have the part, some don't. The wrap saws come with it stock. None of the 044-MS460 IPLs have a similiar part. I suppose the cases on those saws are not vulnerable in the same way. Hope this helps!
