Hows it run with that mod.
Did you do any test cuts before/after.
Not a fair comparison, before muffler was done I ran full chisel, after mod I switched to semi chisel for lots of dirty wood. It may be a mental thing but in the red oak I’m cutting now with semi it feels like it cuts faster. Not scientific.
I'm interested also. I may be a customer if he is still for hire. How long has the saw been running and how often do you run it? Or is it a show peice. Did you paint the air filter and front end cover yourself? Or wuere did you buy them?
Ordered the covers from England, common over there.

I demo saws i the field just a few for my dealer my saws had to look good I touched up the muffler often. High heat paint works, vht header paint ect,
