Bought one on Bay cheap sans carb, got one later on the 'Bay that fits. BUT the steel brake band is toast (looks like it caught and twisted up on the clutch drum???)- can these be changed or do I need a whole clutch cover assembly? It's well made and light weight model it appears to me.

Thanks,
John H.

Replacement parts are available but depends on condition of the cover. Maybe a new cover is in order. Pretty sure Poulan is involved with the manufacture of that saw.
