I picked up some pallets this morning and added some side boards then loaded them up. I had to cut the size down to 36" high as the first one I made was 4' tall and the tractor couldn't lift it! Oh well, once the wood is drier maybe I can fill it up, in the mean time the 36" will have to suffice. I try to cut and split fairly large pieces, they are a minimum of 24" up to 30" long. It's mostly red Oak with some Maple and Ash thrown in.

How big is your tractor?

Now that I have the ability to move pallets, my firewood is going to be stacked so I don't have to do anything but move the pallet.
