Mystery Echo Oil Pump

I have this odd oil pump that I am trying to figure out what it fits. I see a bunch that look just like it, but they are pointing the other way.
Any help would be appreciated.

The IPL doesn't even use the word "pump". Must have gotten lost in the translation. They call it auto-oiler assembly. I got this saw from a good friend who ran it for close to 20 years, "fix it and it's yours to keep." All it needed was a carb clean up and adjustment. Runs perfectly today and makes a great loaner for branch clean up after a storm. It has a 16" bar and doesn't weigh much more than the CS-3400 top handle saw.

I looked at one blowup, and they showed an old style oiler down in the individual parts.
