My cousin asked me what this cylinder is from, I don’t know but someone here must recognize it. Mahle 44Z04 44mm

Tom. Tom is a good name. Tom Mahle has a good ring to it. Now where Tom belongs, I don't know, but I think he is into hot-rodding.

Like Sgt Schultz, I know nothing, but the only Euro saws I am aware of with the Tillotson HL were 090 Stihl.

07S seems good but the filter is very 08/TS08/TS350-esq, and 44mm bore is a plain Stihl 08.

That’s an 08s early cylinder. They went to 47mm and 49 mm cylinders later on in production.
