Need Help with 066 flywheel/ignition compatability

I need some help with 066 flywheel and ignition compatability. I have attached a copy of the Technical Bulletin that covers this. But, it is kind of old and only gives one choice.

Wondering if there are other combinations that work. I have a lot of modules and flywheels around, but none that match up to this chart. Any help or advice on which flywheel will work with which module?
