Hello to all. I am a new to the site. I have just bought a 1976 bucket truck with a skyworker boom. everything seems to work great except for the low pressure controls on the bucket. ive been bleeding the air out for a couple days and finally got them to work but they feel very stiff like they are holding pressure or something. when you pull a handle it moves but then you let go and it continues to move and the handles feel stiff. they didn't feel this way until I got them bled out. when they were empty they felt springy as I would think they should feel. you could pull handle and it went right back to center. now they don't as much. any help would be appreciated.
