can anyone tell me how this saw compares tp the oleo-mac gypo has listed in the used equipment forum? who carries parts, what is the bar mount? any help appreciated.

The 999 is 100 cc, the 7900 79 cc. Parts should be available from an Efco dealer.

Just ask john(Gypo). I think you will find the 7900 is very strong.

I did a 980/981 and it turned out real nice , made a huge gain from stock and in my view went from a boat anchor to a nice saw to run now , when i opened up that saw i was surprized on how close the porting was on this motor to being corrected because how slow it was but just alittle there and here and she came alive

am i right in saying the 7900 bar mount is the same as the large husky mount? if this is not true please let me know. many thanks.

the Dolamr 7900 has the same mount as the husqvarna 395 , 385, 372 and 365. They are the large husqvarana mounts.
