New homeowner needing advice on eucalyptus tree.

My husband and I just bought a new log home that has a eucalyptus tree near the front porch. I'm not sure what type of eucalyptus it is. I know that it is used in floral arrangements and wreaths. I'm trying to find out information on how to care for it, such as: pruning it, when and how.There are some limbs that the leaves are turning brown, and I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help?
