New Huskies have flippy caps....

I was in TSC and some of the in stock new Huskies I noticed have the gas/oil flippy caps.

I don't know which ones they are, but I have husky flippy caps in my Dolmar 7900. They're great.

I know they don't all interchange, but many of them do. Husky hit the nail on the head with these caps.

I'm sorry, I do not. I could measure the 7900 opening though, if that'd be of assistance.

Flippies can become a PITA when then get all loaded up with oil or dirt. When that happens, I let them soak in a solvent and they work like new again.

That has happened to me only once. And it was because the cap was not properly seated and latched.

The big un 522 62 00-03 fits the fuel cap, but the little one doesn't fit the oil. Here's the flippy on my 346.

This is a good thing. Most of my sawing is done at work, using the company's saws. Other people on our work team use them too. I just hand tighten gas and oil caps. I'm convinced other members of my crew use their scrench to tighten those caps as much as they can. I curse them every time I use a saw after they've used it and can barely get the caps off.

Yes, and they look pretty sharp. Use 522 62 00-03 for both.

My 465 has them. I love them. They are simple too not like the annoying Stihl flippers.
