new saw mod ?

Just picked up a new ms362 c-m tonight with 25 inch bar. Liked how my old 029 responded from the mod to pull the longer bar. Can I still do the muffler mod on this saw with that smart carb ?

thought I'd at least remove the spark screen to free it up some

I read on here that they self tune after porting and muff mods, you can also reset the mtronic system
