Thanks for that link I may have to make one, the bolts that slide through are not strong enough to do the job so far...

Gonna try a c clamp first with possibly some minor modifications... will post pics if it works

Shiny black Craftsman 3.3 --358.356322-- revs up when tilted to the pto side. I am searching to find the dimension of the crankshaft oil seals. Someone here must know. And what is the best recommendation for replacing the impulse tube? Thanks. Don

Well not side job, just figure if I can help out with machine cut ones it's be helpful since OEM isn't available anymore. I guess the other rubber gasket that goes under the diaphragm is probably needed as well.

So I got the piston off, broke one c clamp on the process. Used a small 1/4” bit for an impact, a c clamp and a socket. I think I broke the one clamp cause the socket was not lined up with the hole and the pin was on the edge of socket.. lesson learned. Was easy with the big one

I have some extra material , if needed.

I want to test cut with paper to check against the original to make sure everything scaled correctly. I scanned the original on engineering paper so I would be able to scale it. It should be pretty damn close.

The rubber gasket that goes underneath the pump I wanna figure out how I'm gonna trace that one out as I don't want to scrape it off and honestly I couldn't figure out how to remove the whole pump so I left that alone since I only needed to change the diaphragm.

Are there other gaskets that are needed?
