Dead 192t is a pretty easy saw to find. Lots of abused 201t out there too. The Echos and Huskies get mothballed fast too and can often be scooped for very little. Cruise the pawn shops and repair places often and you'll find something.

I’ve got a 192t that runs since I tightened the pan screws. Needs a good cleaning and a few smalls. I’d let it go, if’n you’re interested.

Here's an 015. Ran perect until I put a carb kit in it and damaged the metering lever in the carb. I used another one from a different walboro and it's not the right one. Get the correct lever and it' fixed. $100 shipped on the east coast, add fifteen to west coast. View attachment 638858

I actually have two Stihl 193T’s, not 192T’s

Both turn over and the complete one was likely hit by a tree and still runs. You could find a good used case and make it great again or plastic weld something back there to make it solid again.

The other one turns over freely and may also be a builder. The carbs and handle parts are in the box picture. It doesn’t have a recoil or clutch cover/chain brake.

I looked and I have $80 in both total, so $80 + cost of shipping to you.

You could easily make one out of two, or possibly gather some more parts up and have two!
