OK saw mechanics, whats wrong with this auction?

I am too lazy to do a search! how thick is the plating on a modern saw? Cyl plating that is? .005 .010? just wondering here!
I will add seems very thin to me, from my limited experience at looking at a saw cyl

Chrome plating is usually built up .0002"-.0005" on injection mold tooling for wear, if it gets too thick it starts flaking off.

I had it saved in my watch list and it was marked as ended, I went browsing later and found the new one, wording and price changed, the bad idea survived.
