Dear Friends, For sale is a pair of vintage Craftsman chainsaws both made by Poulan. Both saws have great compression and spark and FIRE on a prime. Both saws will likely need carburetor work, possible rebuild kits and/or adjustments.
Poulan MODEL XX (Craftsman 1.9A), made in the early to mid 70's, has points ignition, is in nice clean and good overall condition. Comes with 14" bar and chain but is missing the air filter. Starter recoil looks to be in good overall condition and works as it should. Has a like new spur sprocket. The piston and ring are in great shape and score-free. Saw has great compression @ 130psi.
Poulan MODEL 2000 (Craftsman 2.0), believed to be made in the early to mid 80's. It has solid state ignition along with an all metal case except for the top handle and air filter/carb cover. It is very clean and in excellent overall condition. Comes with a 14" bar and chain but is missing the foam air filter. The starter recoil looks to be in good overall condition and works as it should. The piston and ring are in great condition and score-free. Saw has great compression @ 120psi. Hand guard has been removed, easy to reinstall. The left sided instruction label with serial number has lifted off but is included.
