Hi everyone, need help, a friend has a partner chainsaw not sure what model, it runs very good when the bar is horizontal or pointing up but as soon as the bar is pointing down it will only idle, he took it to a chainsaw place and they didn't have a clue, any ideas

Fuel line is the first thing to look at!!!
