Pear Tree is sick

I have a pear tree that is four years old. I noticed a few days ago that three branches have died at the top of the tree. Also, the leaves, especially near the top, have black "specs" on them. I don't want to replace my tree if it is dying, I want to save it! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Are the leaves in the top turning yellow? Are the black specs small and scattered across the leaves or large and positioned on the margins of the leaf? Does the bark on the dead limbs have a withered appearance? If ,by chance, you can post a picture that may help.
