Picked up an MS441c at local dealer PHO ... He priced it on closeout??

If I remember correctly, the manual just says the saw won't run at its full optimum potential until it has had 5 or so tanks through it. Don't be worried about it. How are you supposed to cut half throttle anyways? They are designed to run wide open.

Yes they take 10-15 to be fully broke in.... I know with my ms461 I could tell a major difference when it was actually broke in.....

Do not run it at partial throttle in the cut. Just go cut wood with it. Maybe stay away from long extended cuts for a tank or two.
