Hey everyone. i picked up a pioneer farm saw 2 at a garage sale. i did the carb and fuel lines. did the plug and pull cord. i also pulled the muffler and the cylinder was in good shape. it runs ok and cuts good but when the engine decelerates it tends to die and not idle. if i just leave it idle it will run all day. if i turn the saw so the pto side is down it idles faster and if i put the flywheel side down it slows down and dies. this sounds like crank seals from what i have read, but this saw has a reed valve. i am not familiar with reed valves. what are your thoughts
