Pioneer Farmsaw oiler adjustment

Hello all,

I recently got an old pioneer farmsaw up and running with help from this forum. Wondering if the oiler on the saw is adjustable- if so- how? It's full of oil but only putting a thin thin coat on the bar under the chain...

There is a screw on the bottom of the clutch drum should be a + and -
