Tecnu, Oak-N-Ivy outdoor skin cleanser is a good product. Use right after contact. They make a Cala Gel anti-itch gel also. Poison Ivy doesn't bother me. But Virginia Creeper does. No blisters but itches my skin for hours, even after a cold shower.

Clearing out my back yard, i got poison ivy; the 3 kids didn't... i used the Tecnu, reacted to that... then really really reacted to the Cala Gel (swelling, increased redness)... so some of you "delicate" folks might discover some of the 'cures' are more problems than the rash... cortisone cream with aloe was the only thing i could use this last time...

i finally decided easier to itch... but not scratch...

What about peeing on the rash? Oh thats for stinging nettle. My bad.
