Porting My First AT Saw

Here's the 2 bits I use to chapher. I use the round to knock the sharp corners down and I come back in with the 240 grit scotch Brite bit to get them really smooth

Are u ready for some finish pics. Lol I lowered the exhaust outlet around .040" and raised the top of it just a bit. You can see me big chaphers on exhaust.

Transfers blended in smooth from the base clear in to the cylinder

Intake widened just as I smooth and blended it. So next to non.

On the exhaust I was Givin a very helpful tip from an awesome member so I only widened it about .030" on each side then squared up the sides.

If i had to guess I'd say 190 but that's all I'm doing is guessing. Lol. Hopefully I get more time to work on it tomorrow

Also did this. Know I still have to port match the exhaust inlet to the cylinder outlet but here we go. I never have seen the inside of these so I started hacking. I forgot before pics but I hacked out the baffle clear up in the muffler from this side.

On the front I took off the defector and hacked out the pipe. Know this was bad cause at this point it's a straight shot from the exhaust inlet to the outlet. This means super noisy.

So I made new baffle.

And this is the finished product. It's roughly 80% of the exhaust outlet right now.

Guess I will pick up a new set of ear muffs on the way to pick it up.

Hopefully my new baffle will make it better. Or at least in my mind. Lol.
