20141205_172126.jpg Here's the 2 bits I use to chapher. I use the round to knock the sharp corners down and I come back in with the 240 grit scotch Brite bit to get them really smooth
 
20141205_173840.jpg 20141205_170853.jpg Are u ready for some finish pics. Lol I lowered the exhaust outlet around .040" and raised the top of it just a bit. You can see me big chaphers on exhaust.
 
20141205_170840.jpg On the exhaust I was Givin a very helpful tip from an awesome member so I only widened it about .030" on each side then squared up the sides.
 
20141204_131100.jpg Also did this. Know I still have to port match the exhaust inlet to the cylinder outlet but here we go. I never have seen the inside of these so I started hacking. I forgot before pics but I hacked out the baffle clear up in the muffler from this side.
 
20141204_131211.jpg On the front I took off the defector and hacked out the pipe. Know this was bad cause at this point it's a straight shot from the exhaust inlet to the outlet. This means super noisy.
