Someone worked hard to color this photo 
Dual reed valves, stratified charge without pockets in the piston soon to be no longer available. Actually a 2018 model.
It took about 10 minutes to get it going and warmed up enough to work close to like it should. It sure can be turned off and then restarted real easy and reliably.

Cannon's indeed heavy, even lite! .. It's stout though. we'll see.

It's a 28, .. that 462 is just ? small. It's strange to have that much snot coming out of a saw that barely balances a 28?!?

Newest one I have is this Stihl MS 441cm that I acquired from a tree service company after one of their operators straight gassed it:
After rebuilding the engine (not easy), I have since replaced the 20" bar with a 25". The owner obtained a restoration quote of $700 from a dealer that was off the chart. He then said to me that I could keep the saw if I could fix it. Engine parts cost less than a C-note. If bought new, it would have run over a grand. It runs fine today. Thanks for looking.

That's exactly what I thought to myself. I remember when they first arrived on the scene. I thought they were the nicest looking saw I had ever seen. Still do I guess.That's a nice looking saw
Going to do some damage today. My newest saws are the ones on the end, Ms201t (missed having a petrol th so bought another) and the big echo. Aside from the echo this is basically my daily load out. My fave saw of the bunch, either the silky or the Dolmar ps52
