I still haven't figured out how to reduce pics small enough to post here, but those who have can do it in a miunte or so. A couple of the guys here will gladly reduce an occasional pic if you email it to them.
I posted a bunch of pics on an MSN club I belong to. Here it is if ya want to look.

Load the picture onto your computer in a photo software program.
Press File, then Save As. A window will pop up that has four spaces.
On top is, "Save in". Remember what's here, this is where it will be saved. Or you can change it, but remember it.
The second space is, "File name". Type in the name.
The third is, "Save as file type". Choose JPG
The fourth line is, "Quality level". Choosing low will compress the photo size.
Now press save.

When you post a message you will see browse at the bottom, press it. This will bring up a window just like the "Save as" window.
Find your picture and press open.

If the image is too big, first try cropping it. Second, try saving it at low compression again, to compress it more. Third, make sure it's in JPG.

To reduce a pic in size, just use Microsoft Photo Editor. The program should be on your computer. It came with Windows on my computer.

In addition to reducing the JPEG compression quality, resize the photo smaller if it's on the big side. Most of us with 800x600 monitors don't need a photo larger than, say, 640x480.
