I've replaced the crank seals and sealed the base plate w/ threebond so not sure why the saw starts revs high for a few seconds and dies.
Any help appreciated, will attempt to pressure test tonight.

Check fuel lines? I'd redo the compression test to make sure there's still no leaks.

Pressure vac test should tell you if cylinder and lower end is sealed. If so then start checking fuel system.
