Pricing wood?

Looking to sell some wood here and was wondering if someone could give me a good price to ask. Mixture of sassafras, oak, and maple. Just looking for a rough guess, not looking for high dollar prices, just something reasonable for the buyer.

In that condition I would say $30 per rick of wood 4foot by 8foot by what ever length you have it cut to. If It were split 70 a rick. If you were selling the entire amount at one time to one person 250-300$ the way it sits they pick it up. If its split it could bring much more but unsplit is like buying a car with out a motor. Its only good if you know what to do with it and how to fix it.

I was thinking around 40-45 for a rick, you are right in saying that if it was split it would bring alot more. IF you have campers go buy you could get 20 for a full wheelbarrow full.
