Was working on this oiler yesterday. Found a stuck check ball. Cleaned everything out with brake cleaner, blew out all the passages and reassembled. Still wouldn't oil. Well, it was too cold and I was too ticked so I put it aside. Got to thinking later on that I may need to prime the oiler first. Works off of the crankcase impulse and operates a little fiber disc and plunger.

It doesn't have a manual oiler because it has the 101b kart engine--rod won't fit around the carb.

Any thoughts? My next day off I'm going to try priming through the port and see what happens.
