I'm running a 16" Pro 91 bar with Intenz in my 335. I've found that if I tighten the nut on the housing too tightly, the chain binds. At first, I thought it was an Intenz problem, but no matter how tight or loose Intenz is set, the housing nut absolutly locks the chain so I can't rotate it. I don't have this problem when I use my 14" Husky bar (also with Intenz) that came with the saw. Anyone have an idea what's going on with the Pro 91?

If you own a caliper, measure the width of the bar groove at the
rear end of the bar, both sides. If it's right at .050, or .058, it's
possible the bar nut(s) is closing the groove a thou or two and
making it pinch. I have run into this on a Sandvik bar that I was
trying to run on a 346, I know it sounds stupid, but it was the
only thing that made sense. Everything pulled around by hand
fine until you tightened it up, then it simply locked up. A new bar
made the problem go away. What kind of press is there on the
Intenz? I really don't know much about it, but it looks suspect.
