Question on Bar(s) for a Stihl 020 AV Super

So my 020 AV Super has the 14" Picco Stihl bar on it # Stihl 3005 000 4809.

What Non-Stihl 12" Bar would be a good option?

Saw sees homeowner duty only.

Also are there replacement oil and gas caps for these saws that have a slot for the scrench to assist in opening/Closing?

Baileys has a couple odd chain size for $3.98! That's cheap. Or a $11 ish priced one.....used the bar selector tool.
