Sold RARE 1964/65 HOMELITE XL-100 8 1/2" CIRCULAR SAW

I have a very nice, likely a 1964 or 65 (based on the serial number and some information I have available to me) HOMELITE XL-100 gas powered circular saw. This model fits up to a 8 1/2" blade with 5/8" arbor. It has been meticulously cleaned both inside and out (short of total disassembly). Saw has awesome compression of 160 psi with nearly perfect piston and ring condition from the exhaust side. Runs excellent and strong, starts on only a few pulls cold. Has new SAE 90wt gear oil, Champion spark plug and clean air filter; the fuel filter could not be changed because of the early fuel wick design (not replaceable). $525.00 plus shipping (FedEx, UPS, Insurance required).
