RedMax 2-Stroke Oil Rating

I was going to try RedMax oil. Is this good quality oil?

Unless Husqvarna is lying, this is an oil that meets JASO FD and ISO-L-EGD requirements, which means it can be considered "good oil." It should certainly be better than similar Stihl products sold in the US, which only meet JASO FB/ISO-L-EGB requirements.

It's the same oil as the husqy xp oil, just branded for redmax.(Which husqy owns) good oil, decent price. I'd get more if I didn't get a good deal on a couple gallons of red armor.

I plucked a bunch of it out a dealers "free" basket. I use mostly Red Armor, but free FD certified oil is good oil in my book.
It's a real deal certified FD oil and is plenty good for chainsaw use.
I would run it without reservation.
