I want to try to start hazelnut trees & American basswood. Lots of

I planted some hazelnut trees in a wetter area and they looked sick. I would try planting a higher quality tree then the basswood like swamp white oak/walnut etc At least that is what kind of trees I would plant here in IA in a place that has high moisture but not swampy.

I don't understand the poll: do you mean that you want to do it yourself or hire it done??
Why those tree choices? I'd call the state forestry rep. and ask for suggestions.
