Hey guys,

I have an ETI ETC35SNT bucket truck I just bought. Just needed new hydraulic lines inside the telescopic boom. I read one forum to get them out and put them back in, but they are way too long now. Got them made the exact size as the old ones. It seems like they aren’t “reeling” in like they are supposed to to make them the proper length. Any ideas or tips for repair?

Thanks

length may be the same, but what did the diameter of the hose do. is it thicker and stiffer?
was the hose in it currently already a replacement and made wrong?
if the reel isnt retracting . i'd look at bearings or bushings and see why its not moving correctly. maybe it is a timing issue of the reel. [the reel needing advanced half a turn or a full turn when assembled.?
