Root aeration system

Hello everyone

I am an arborist from Greece and have some questions regarding root aeration. I am about to plant a big cedar and because of the poor soil I was thinking of root aeration system. Is there any simple system you could recommend, that I can install before plannting the tree?

yes. mix the hard soil with some sand. or other stuff.
or if possible make a big hole and put quality soil.
