What rpm should my Stihl 025 be running at?

Max's out at 13,000 rpm's.

Yes maximum.

If you do not yet have yout tach take it to a dealer and have him tacch it out he will probably charge you nothing and it is worth a 5 dollar tip easy !

If you do purchase your tach get the reading first as it is set up presently before you play with the carb.
