Please give me some feedback once you use it. I have been using my 7lb gransfors for years... this would be a good gift for the father in law to get him to start splitting his own wood!

I forgot mine picked me up a stool for the work bench too. I feel like she's being reserved with gifts because she thinks I might have a problem.. I haven't explained CAD yet. Mine is low level though. I probably actually don't even have it.

Me either. Already sold one saw. And plan on selling another 5 before I get any more.

The Fiskars maul is awesome for stubborn knotty wood. Hope your FIL is in shape. Swinging that 8 lbs. all day will wear you out. [emoji106][emoji2532]

Thanks. I stalked it on Amazon since about Black Friday. $400 to my door. Not really my style to buy new but heated saws aren't exactly falling off of trees around here. And I DO like me a 5105...

Nice score. I have the 27 and the maul. Great tools and with their warranty you only ever have to buy once.
