I was at an estate sale this morning and saw this Homelite 5-30 in the barn.
Supposedly everything there runs... I didn't take a pic but there was also a massive log splitter, powered by some ancient v-4 with an absolutely humongous hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic crane as well.
I was tempted to grab it (the splitter - $500!) but it's twice the size of my little one and mine (mine is "25t" supposedly) handles everything I cut on my land..

what were they asking for the saw?
I'm not sure! Considering I could barely pick it up (j/k but still it's a serious brick - powerhead alone is 30#) and I don't need a 114cc saw that burns oil 1:10, I didn't ask.
The prices were really good at the sale though. What do you think it's worth? It's definitely not mint.

I was asking b/c just curious as I was recently at an estate sale with many of the 2 man saws for sale. Didn't buy any of those as initially the seller thought it was gold in them thar sheds.

And only 5000 rpms! 😬
