Please help any info. Would be great new operator, new machine to me. Ran the grinder for about five hours everything worked perfectly. Shut it off for about 20 minutes and did not want to turn over. Jump started it and ran fine but cutter head would not engage? Low battery voltage? When it runs only seems to charge at 12.6 volts.
