I found this on "le bon coin", the french CraigsList.

346 NE, like new, just a little dust on it. Even the grey paint on the clutch cover looks perfect.
The saw came with a "18 .325 bar, 6 chains, and a stihl sleeve with all the tools provided with the saw, and a lot of Stihl tools, a new RIM, and a few starter ropes.

I know that's not cheap in the USA, but in general, saws are way more expensive in France. Cost for a new 346 was aroud 750€

Less then 1/2 of the cost of a new saw in any country is a good price for one in that condition.

Nice Captaine! l say grab em while you can! ln a few years it will be very hard to find minty 346xp's so put aside a nice one while you can at a reasonable price.

Not really, he likely doesn't need heated saws in France, unless he is in alpine areas.
