Serial Number Help

[Permit Number 038AVSP]

Hello there, just picked up a used saw cheap with no compression. I think its an 024 by its cover model number, but just want to be sure before I purchase a top end kit as there is a difference between the 024 and 024 super. Did my best with a serial number web search, but no luck. If anyone has access to a database or some old books/charts to look up the serial number, that would be great. S/N is 218507274. Would like to know the exact model and maybe the year of manufacture. Thanks. BTW, this is my first post.

It is not in the database, probably too old.
