Trying to get this saw built and cant figure out how the throttle linkage connects to thd trigger i aprreciate any help

It rests against the trigger.

Thanks ... it looks like urs goes through a hole in trigger...mine doesnt like that maybe someone put it in backwards

There is no hole in the trigger, the pressure from the spring on the carb pushes it against the throttle trigger.

I should note that I tore this saw apart the other day, there is a chance that I reassembled it incorrectly, but it seems to function as it should.

I did..looks like o have the right parts..thanks for the help ill look at it with fresh eyes
